HOW LONG IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO ORDER?
Consult our scheduling page to be sure - but we typically have availability for a new appointment within the next 24-48 hours
TURN AROUND
All daytime, twilight and video shoots will have a next day turn around time. Your photos will be delivered via email to the address on the order and will include a link along with instructions for downloading your images if you need help!
Delivery times:
Monday - Saturday: 10am-8pm
Sunday: Closed
Shoots completed Monday-Friday have a following day turnaround, pending invoice completion.
Shoots completed on Saturday will be delivered Monday.
HOW CAN I BE PHOTO READY?
Here is a handy "photoshoot prep-list" to make sure you and your sellers are ready for the photoshoot. Remember, while photoshop is a great tool, the easiest way to ensure your photos come out their best is to be prepared!
INVOICE
Invoices are auto-sent via email to the address on the appointment after the shoot is complete; you will be able to pay with any major credit card. Photos are also auto-sent after edits are complete the following day, as long as the invoice is complete.
WHAT IF IT RAINS?
No fear! We are able to work around the rain to complete a photo shoot. As long as it isn't pouring while we are shooting the exterior, we are able to make any grey sky into a pretty blue sky. If we feel weather may be an issue, we will reach out!
