Close garage doors - turn on interior garage lights if visible from the exterior

Remove cars from driveway and front of home

Outdoor furniture cushions should be clean

Clean pool and remove vacuum/cleaner hose; Turn on pool fountains or water features

Remove trash cans and pick up pet waste

Clear countertops and tables completely

Clear outside of refrigerator of magnets, papers and photos

Hide garbage cans in pantry or closet

Remove dishes from sink and put in dishwasher

Declutter fireplace mantel/hearth

Clean interior of fireplace if needed

Fluff and arrange pillows

Remove kid toys, personal photos and religious symbols

Make beds, including decorative pillows

Clear nightstands and bathroom counters of ALL personal items

Remove family photos, names on wall and wall posters

Put toilet sets down and remove dirty towels

Remove small rugs to reveal actual flooring

Remove all personal items from shower/bath
